If you buy as a consumer and are entitled to the right of withdrawal under applicable law, you can notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, by writing to info@memeinitaly.store. For orders with multiple deliveries, the period may start from the last item received. It is enough to send the notice before the deadline.

How to return

Contact us before shipping to receive the correct return address; do not send items to Gelato. Once you have notified the withdrawal, return the products within the following 14 days. Unless there is an error or defect attributable to the seller, the direct cost of the return is borne by the customer, where communicated in advance. The customer is responsible for any reduced value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, including the ordinary initial delivery costs where due; additional costs for more expensive delivery options chosen by the customer may be excluded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Personalised items

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods genuinely made to measure or clearly personalised at the buyer's specific request under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. It is not enough for an item with a standard design to be produced after the order.

Defective, wrong or damaged products

Write to info@memeinitaly.store with your order number, a description and photos: we will assess replacement, repair, price reduction or refund under the applicable legal guarantee. No return cost is charged to the consumer for remedies due to lack of conformity. Your legal guarantee rights are not limited by this page.
