Products and orders

We sell print-on-demand items through production partners such as Gelato. Descriptions, sizes, availability and price are shown on each product page. Before paying, the customer can check the cart contents, total cost and delivery details. The order is confirmed by electronic communication.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros unless the store displays otherwise. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown before the purchase is confirmed, according to the address and applicable law. Payment is made with the methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

Products may be made and shipped by facilities in different locations. Estimated times shown at checkout are not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date unless expressly committed. Statutory maximum terms and remedies remain applicable.

Withdrawal and warranty

For consumer purchases in the EU/EEA, the right of withdrawal normally applies within 14 days of delivery, except for statutory exceptions for items genuinely made to measure or clearly personalised at the customer's request. Printing a standard design on demand does not by itself remove this right. Rights for lack of conformity and the two-year legal guarantee for consumers remain unaffected.
